Privacy notice
Who we are
Evening Studio is a brand of Evening Ritual Ltd. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@eveningstudio.co.uk.
What we collect
When you join the list we collect your email address, and a record of when you signed up and confirmed. Nothing else is asked for.
Why we use it
We use your email address to write to you about the opening of Evening Studio and, after that, to send occasional notes about our products. We do this because you asked us to, which means our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us.
Who handles it
Our email provider, MailerLite, stores the list and sends our emails on our behalf. It may use cookies or similar technology to make the sign-up form work. This page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you visit. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not email you again.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
